Dr Peiser comments on the results of the COP26 meeting in Glasgow, focusing on the costs and the political aspects of the Net Zero goals.
He suggests that we may be entering the third phase in the public climate-fear cycle, where people are starting to realise the costs of the proposed measures, and start to have doubts.
